As a career coach, front-line human resources professional and challenge-driven consultant for over 15 years, Monica Chenault-Kilgore has dedicated herself to finding the right answers that best suits her client’s needs. Monica founded The Chenault Group, a New Jersey based human resources consulting consortium, to help individuals and organizations identify critical barriers to optimal performance and introduce practical, transformational personal and professional development tools that achieve results.
